How It Works:

Contact Us Within 5 Days: Reach out to us via email at [email protected] or [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Ship Within 15 Days: Return undamaged merchandise to us within 15 days of delivery for a refund. This allows you ample time to decide if the product meets your expectations.

No-Hassle Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, showing no signs of use. This ensures we can process your return smoothly.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee and any customs fees incurred during the return process.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process your refund through PayPal, Stripe, or your original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Exceptions:

Custom Rugs: Custom-made rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Rugs listed as ready to ship or Ready nade rugs can be returned or exchanged following our standard return process. Other Non-Returnable Items: Samples, clearance or closeout items, and items sold through our showroom are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide a brief description of the issue and clear photos to support your claim. We will work quickly to resolve the matter, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

Additional Information:

Size Variation: Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, slight size variations of up to 3 inches are normal and not considered defects.

Shedding: Handmade wool rugs may shed initially. This is a natural characteristic and will decrease over time with regular vacuuming.
